The £12 Billion Board Game

The NHS is implementing the World’s largest IT project to help modernise the organisation and help make patient care safer and more effective.

Explaining this vast and complex programme to frontline NHS staff and persuading them to become willing participants in the transformation is a huge challenge.

Focus Games Ltd was engaged by the NHS to develop a board game that would give facilitators a unique and effective tool to engage frontline staff in the potential benefits of the new technology and new ways of working.

Using Focus-GameMaker we developed the TableTop Challenge which is now being used by over 200 trained NHS facilitators to engage with many thousands of frontline staff.
